I used Simple Stories I AM Collection kit to make this. I cut the flower paper in half and the pink grid in half and adhered them to a sheet of 12x12 cardstock (one I don't like, since it won't show). Then I made a border with my border punch to cover the seam and added cut-aparts, enamel dots, and a title to finish it off.
